Granbo: Please contact our customer service the items you need to clean. Proper selection is crucial for acceptable cleaning activity and to prevent unwanted reactions with the work piece.

Q3.What's the production time? Granbo: For standard industrial ultrasonic cleaners(45L-135L), we have several stock in our warehouse, can delivered the goods within 3 days. For no stock models(Large types/customized types), it takes about 5-7 working days to produce.

 

Q4: What about after-sale service?
Granbo: Our company provides 1 Year warranty. If any technical problem during warranty time, replacement parts will be sent free of charge. After warranty time, technical support is also available for every customer.

 

Q5.What's the payment method?
